We believe that transparency is key to delivering quality construction service so we focus on clear communication to both the manager and tenant/beneficiary, and detailed invoicing - including before and after photos.
The first step in fixing an issue in real property management is not assessing the issue with the home but building trust with the client. That is always my first step. I may work for the landlord or the trustee, but the work goes smoother if the person who lives there has some buy-in. After that, its no issue to complete the following:
